What does the area skin look like after laser hair removal treatment?
Immediately after treatment, the area may be pink or slightly reddened. For the most part, hairs will all appear to be gone. Over the
next several days, however, the hairs which were treated will extrude, or come to the surface, making it appear as though tey are growing. These treated hairs are not actually regrowing, they are "falling out
by the roots." However, the hairs which were not actively growing at the time of the treatment will also soon begin to grow, and become visible, since hairs that were in a "rest" cycle at the time of laser
treatment do not respond to the laer treatment. These hairs will require further treatment during a later session. But the hairs which fall out several days after treatment may not require additional
treatment.
