	Younger woman with moderate fat under the chin, and with very good skin tone. The "double chin" was unresponsive to diet and exercise, and was present despite her excellent overall weight. The pictures above show her appearance before and after chin liposuction, performed with only local anesthetic. The procedure is brief, and patients are routinely quite comfortable. Due to the local anesthetic, recovery is rapid. Post-operative garment is usually worn for only a few days.
