Photos: Sqamous cell carcinoma of the nose. This rough, scaly papule somewhat resembles a wart, but was very fast growing. Squamous cell carcinomas of the nose, lip, and ear also have a greater risk of metastasis. This lesion was treated by Mohs surgery.
